Caleidoscope Academy considers careful processing of personal data of the utmost importance. Personal data is carefully processed. When processing, we comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (the "GDPR"). Use of personal data
If you use websites and related Services that Caleidoscope Academy offers, you may share personal data with us. We collect and use personal data that you, or your company, directly share with us. We only use your data for the purpose of our services.

However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have prepared as a result of your assignment.

We will always respond in a timely manner, in accordance with the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with the answer you receive, you can submit your complaint to the relevant supervisory authority.

Websites and third party services
Caleidoscope Academy uses software from IMU Internet Marketing Union: Phoenix website software, Plug & Pay Checkout & Affiliate software and Huddle e-learning & community building software. IMU ensures that your personal data is protected against loss or unlawful processing. They have taken the following technical and organizational measures, among others:
- Logical access control, use of passwords and possibly a second factor;
- Data encryption;
- Pseudonymizing data;
- Using Virtual Private Servers (VPN) accessible with the SSH key;
- Transfers only over SSL;
- Purpose-bound access restriction;
- Audit and control by recognized authorizations.
